Royal Reels AU Player Terms
Royal Reels Casino is operated under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB). These Terms govern your use of the platform. By registering an account, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register.
Australian consumer law applies to your relationship with us. Where there is a conflict between GCB licence conditions and Australian law, the stricter obligation prevails.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to hold an account. This is not a suggestion — it is a legal requirement under Australian law and a condition of our GCB licence. You must be a natural person, not a corporation or trust. You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop). Creating an account while ineligible is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, with any balance subject to review and potential forfeiture.
One account per person. Using multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is fraud. We check for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP analysis and payment method cross-referencing. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.
Account Registration and Verification
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Australian law. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory — not optional, not deferrable. We will ask for a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Until verification is complete, withdrawals are suspended. This is an AUSTRAC requirement, not a discretionary policy decision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access promptly. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name — third-party funding is not permitted. This is an AML requirement. We reserve the right to return a deposit to its source and request alternative funding if we cannot verify ownership.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where technically possible. This is a standard AML control, not a commercial inconvenience. Processing times depend on the payment method; we aim to process requests within 72 hours of identity verification being completed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
We may suspend withdrawals pending AML investigation. This is lawful. If an investigation concludes that funds are proceeds of crime or bonus abuse, those funds will not be released and will be reported to AUSTRAC where required.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Read them before accepting. Wagering requirements are not hidden — they are stated clearly in the promotion terms. Claiming a bonus and then disputing the wagering requirement is not a valid complaint.
Bonuses are awarded to individual accounts for genuine recreational play. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings derived from abuse being voided, and account closure. We use statistical analysis to identify irregular wagering patterns. We are transparent about this.
Responsible Gambling
We operate within the National Consumer Protection Framework. This is not optional — it is a licence condition. You can set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods through your account settings. These tools are available at all times. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum period you select.
If you are experiencing gambling-related harm, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858. We will never contact you with promotional material during a self-exclusion period. If we identify problem gambling indicators through our monitoring systems, we may apply limits or initiate contact proactively — this is a GCB and National Consumer Protection Framework obligation.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement: using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activity; using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities; engaging in collusion with other players; and providing false information at any point in the registration or verification process.
Cheating and fraud are not edge cases that require multiple warnings. One confirmed instance results in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including software, game content, graphics, trademarks and text — is owned by or licensed to Royal Reels Casino. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent. Scraping, reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for losses arising from platform use is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from internet outages, third-party payment failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury or any statutory guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Dispute Resolution
Raise disputes in writing to [email protected] . We will acknowledge within five business days and aim to resolve within 30. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may refer it to the GCB or, for consumer law matters, to the relevant Australian state or territory consumer protection authority. We do not require arbitration as a precondition to dispute resolution — you retain your rights under Australian law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, except where Australian consumer protection law provides a non-excludable right that supersedes the chosen governing law. In that case, Australian law applies to the extent of the inconsistency.
Amendments
We will give you 14 days’ notice by email before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, close your account before the effective date.
